I ordered a mic online, received it broken, went to the Altoona store in Iowa, exchanged its curbside cause of this pandemic crisis received it back drove off didn’t check for giving back my receipt now said mic doesn’t work either. They won’t allow me to exchange it even thou it was two days ago I was there cause I have no receipt I buy my kid’s gaming supplies there. While some people are like it’s just 50 bucks, I don’t necc have only 50 dollars to be out, especially right now.and not having work due to.this situation they are very unhelpful and I am very angry with this situation.
